If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from WHITEROCKPRO.UK.CO, you may return it back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. To start the return process orders please fill Packing Slip form  linked below. Print out and mail with your return item.

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days, and you can expect your refund within 5-7 days after your return is accepted and processed.

Please note, a return fee of £4 GBP will be deducted from your refund for returns.

*If your purchase was made outside of WHITEROCKPRO.CO.UK  we ask you to contact the retailer directly for a return in line with their return policy. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any products purchased outside of our authorised distributors or retailers.
